I have a Comfort Maker Model FEM4P4200AT, Serial 121287317 with a X-13 Blower Motor 230v, 1/2HP 1200RPM that will not shut off by the T-Stat, (runs constantly). I have replaced the T-Stat but still the same. If I disconnect the Green wire from the T-Stat terminal motor shuts off?

Ya fixed it. It's a manually operated stat! Just re hook the wire when fan is needed. Good job,you should feel good about yourself. Take a Bow.

if electronic thermostat, reprogram the mollier diagram.

if conventional mercury bulb thermostat, remove twelve to fourteen grains of mercury. closer to fourteen if your unit is 2004 or older.

Call Grainger and order 15' of flight line, 5 gallons of prop wash, a squeegee sharpener and a 5 oz. bag of sesame seeds. Rinse and repeat.

    Guys quit ****ing with him

Look man you wanna make the fan switch on the stat is in the "on" position. That way it will come one with the heat and go off when it's done. If you leave it in "auto" it will just run when ever it wants to and right now it feels like running.

Bad tstat wire, you'll need to cut open the wall to replace. Also the old stuff is no longer compatible with new equipment you'll need to replace it with at least cat 6 if not cat 7
