    What were the suction pressures at 5 min into cycle, and just before harvest? The other way i check hgv is with pipe clamps and my cooper redbox

    40 just prior to harvest. I don’t know for the 5 minute. Best guess would be 48-52

    They are quicker for the test but still need the round openings to open it back up when that wasn't the problem to begin with.

    Pinch of the outlet of the hgv to eliminate that, then unplug the water pump, and watch the suction drop to eliminate the comp

    Hgv inlet 92° (5 minutes into freeze cycle) simultaneous freeze cycle on working identical unit beside it had 94° hgv inlet.

    Didn’t work the chart talked to John W at Mani most of the time. I’m about done with it. It’s making ice. What a pain. It keeps acting like high superheat. Bottom ice thick and top thin. Found the glycol loop had a huge bypass from cold header to return and shut that because John said I didn’t have enough flow or pressure drop. Doesn’t make sense to me.
