Check wheel on inducer to make sure it ain't dirty. You said the inducer looks new? Make sure it is on right and sealed correctly. Orfice where motor meets furnace installed (if used on this furnace) Amp draw of motor?capacitor for motor ok? Take motor rpm with tach and compare to name plate.

I had a carrier unit at a mcdonalds where their maintenance guys changed the inducer motor, and put the wheel on backwards.

New heat exchanger did the trick, but I can't see anything blocking it, almost certain it's got mud dauber nests in there

It's a little 2 cell clamshell, I might do an autopsy to confirm

A couple years ago the furnace in the bunkhouse started ****ing up, it acted like it wasn't venting right, but there was no soot around the rain cap and the screen was in place so no birds could have built a nest in it, I finally told John he was going to have to go up and check it out.

It is a 6 inch flue and the ****er was plugged solid with wasp nests, he cleaned them out and it has worked perfectly

    Actually a Coleman

The only reason I sold Carrier was to get big equipment, but in about 2009 they quit that so I had to go through building services and give the ****ers all the info contact #s etc then they would bid against you, so I told them to ride the rod and retired
