    Tablet with a Printer also...not bad,just sucks charging,replacing paper and making room in a work van with all the other crap needed onboard!

    We use feild ease for service reports and the office turns em into a bill. Some guys use ipad,myself I like a laptop theres just too little the pad can do compare to a laptop. Just my .02 take it for what ya want lol.

    Great for communication and billing. Also great for storing breakdowns/diagrams. Yet is more responsibility for the tech in the field.

    I don't think so if I had to guess they half assed it and only bought the parts of the program to put most of the bill writing on us and still make a job for an office lady putting the price on it and sending it outt.
