My trusty old CPS is starting to act up on me, thinking maybe a new one is in order.

I’ve always had good luck with these, but curious if there is anything better arond the same price.

I can't complain about CPS either. I don't have any experience with any other scales.

We use the CPS and the TIF9010A in school. They both seem to work pretty well.

I was scoping out the fielpiece with the wireless display. Looks fairly robust.

    Anybody use one?

I like that one. It's been around a long time and fits up on the truck shelf good. I guess you can run over some of the newer ones but they are heavy. If you are lugging up to the roof alot might be something to consider.

    6 AA plus a 9V just for a scale.

Quit being a physiologically challenged troll.:stick::D My TIF scales have endured several years of student abuse and haven't given us any problems. However, our scales don't see the extreme temp changes like yours in a truck during summer/winter. :dunno:

The Tif goes screwy if you get caught in the rain and just box it up. Also I had to unplug the battery between uses cause it would drain down.

I have one but I bought it about a month before I retired so it hasn't been used much, but when I did I liked it
